Today we attempted to make these little miniature rafts, but when they got wet they quickly fell apart and sank. We tried to fix them by making them waterproof, which helped, but they didn't last long then either. The girls at that point just got out plastic bowls and used them as toy boats for their little dolls. It was a slow day here for us. The girls and I played a fun game of Scrabble, and they did really well, even Lily who is not yet the "recommended" age to play. We are awaiting Ben's return from YM's camp tonight.
