Today we went out to the Okotoks Big Rock. The girls had fun climbing. Even Olivia didn't seem scared to climb, but it made me a little worried. We went to the playground by the Sheep River after and had a snack, threw some rocks into the river and played. I let each of the girls take a bigger rock to bring home, and during Olivia's nap, we painted them. It was really nice to sit out with them in the beautiful weather and paint rocks and talk and laugh together. Izzy and I were joking that today was a "rock" day--a visit to the big rock, throwing rocks into the river, and then painting rocks. I suggested we listen to some rock-n-roll later. She said, "This day rocks!" This day did rock!
