So I turned the big 3-0! We spent the day in Banff. Here we are on top of Sulphur Mountain after riding the Gondola. It was the perfect day to be outdoor. We also went in the Hot Springs and walked by Bow Falls and Splash River. I love being with my family. Ben bought a pink star helium balloon with a "30" on it for me and put it on my night stand when I was sleeping. That is what I do for the girls when they have a birthday. It was a pleasant surprise to wake up to. People have asked if I feel old, and I really don't, but it is hard to believe that I am already 30! It feels like it has gone by fast.
